Services We Provide
We currently offer: Hot-Dip Galvanizing, Electrostatic Painting
over Galvanizing, ("ColorCoat"), Primed Galvanizing,
("PrimeCoat"), and PowderCoating.
We use prime western grade zinc in a wet kettle with .05% to
.09% nickel added to the bath per Mass specification M 7.10.
Our Galvanized products are brush blasted per Mass
Highway specification SSPC-SP7,and are in accordance with
general specifications AASHTO M-111-87;
AASHTO-M120; ASTM-A 123; ASTM-153; and ASTM 8767M
spec.M8.01.8; all with a minimum thickness of 3.9 mils.
Our Primecoat process is applied using Tnemec
series 66 hi-build Epoxoline with a minimum 3 mils dry film
thickness.
Our Colorcoat process is a factory applied architectural finish,
using Tnemec series 73 Endura-Shield ( acrylic polyurethane
enamel ) or Sherwin Williams Industrial & Marine Coatings 4000 series, with a minimum 5 mils dry film thickness.
With any PrimeCoat or ColorCoat or PowderCoat product we
can provide a written 20 year warranty as well as a certificate
of compliance for ASTM and other applicable galvanizing
specifications.
